The fall extends the aurora viewing and fishing opportunities from August 15th to September 30th, a unique time when the Northern Lights begin their spectacular display while the trout are actively feeding and preparing for their spawn. The winter and early spring season, from March 1st to April 15th, shifts the focus to ice fishing and aurora viewing. This is a prime time for those who want to experience the stark beauty of the northern wilderness under ice and witness the magical Northern Lights.
