How do I get there?

To take advantage of the beauty that surrounds our properties we recommend arriving by car. Limited cellphone service in the Catskills and Adirondacks can also make ordering a taxi very difficult. If traveling by car is not an option you can find train and bus services that will take you close to us. In both cases a taxi service would be required to drop you off at our properties.

Fishing is available across spring, summer, and autumn. The specific best times will depend on the species and water bodies you plan to fish, with trout fishing often being excellent in cooler months.

Reservations must be guaranteed with a credit or debit card at the time of booking. A 50% deposit will be charged at the time of booking. The remaining payment is taken upon check-out unless stated otherwise. Please refer to our payment policy and T&Cs when booking online.

Check-in is after 3pm. If you arrive early, we can hold your bags while you explore the house, or take a stroll around town (we'll point you in the right direction) until your room is available.

Check out is at 11am. If you'd like a little bit more time after 11am checkout, we'll do what we can to accommodate and we're always more than willing to hold on to your items for a few hours at the front desk.

Cribs – YES, we have pack & plays available for our little guests below the age of 2. Please request one at the time of booking or contact us directly. Cots – NO, sorry, we do not have cots.

We charge $50 per day per pet. When we say pet we really mean dog, but just get in touch if you have something stranger or larger and we'll try to make it work.

Maybe. Commercial photography is prohibited without express permission. Contact us if you would like to use our spaces for your photoshoot.

Eastwind continues to use only EPA-approved cleaning supplies for all spaces on property.

What is the sanitation/housekeeping plan on property?

Cleaning of property amenities occurs daily and additional sanitizer stations are positioned near all amenities. Out of precaution and curtesy to our staff and guests we do not enter your room during your stay. We will be glad to provide fresh linen and towels daily upon request. All rooms are cleaned and sanitized before your stay.

Yes, all rooms offer individual hand sanitizer bottles for your personal use while exploring the Catskills.

To better adhere to social distancing guidance, we have replaced our communal fire pit for private fire pits, so that all guests can enjoy an evening fire in the arms of their significant other.
