      "answer": "There is a seven-day cancellation policy for all trips. Anglers who cancel within seven days will receive their full deposit. Cancellation less than seven days before the trip will not receive a deposit back. In the event of cancellation, notify through email at autumn@kooyooepaaguides.com. If a trip is cancelled by the guide due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, clients will receive a 100% refund.",
